Welcome to The Venue at The Historic Black Grove Ranch, a new event center featuring a 5,000 SF pavilion for weddings, corporate events, Christmas and holiday parties, and special gatherings.

 

Located on our historic working Registered Black Angus cattle ranch in Newberry, SC, and 4 miles from I-26 Exit 72, The Venue is a beautiful and peaceful retreat nestled in nature that is the perfect setting for your big day.

The grand entrance to The Venue is identified with Black Grove Ranch’s signature attraction on the east side of Hwy 76, a giant Black Angus bull statue. The long majestic entrance is bounded by four-board black wood fences and registered Black Angus cattle on either side. 

​

A scenic, pastoral setting unfolds before you with turn-of-the-century homes, barns, a 100-plus year old pecan grove and many rolling hills with green pastures and small lakes. 

​

Upon arriving at the main barn, you are treated with tranquil views of the 3 acre lake and pastureland with grazing cattle. As you enter the barn through the covered porch, you are greeted with spectacular sights, such as giant Oklahoman wagon wheel chandeliers, Canadian rope chandeliers, and spectacular hand painted Swedish farmhouse chandeliers, as well as the wonderful mix of wood accents throughout the space.

As you walk through the giant sliding doors onto our 1,200 square foot concrete patio, you are treated to a magnificent, gently-rolling, pastoral scene which can accommodate large gatherings and provide numerous wedding sites.
